Write to support@b2brated.com. There is no contact form, no phone line and no chat. We read every message, and we have not set a reply time yet.

Report a mistake or send a correction

This applies to vendors and to readers. Include three things:

• the address of the page on this site,
• what is wrong,
• a link to a public page that shows the correct fact, such as a pricing page, documentation or a terms page.

We open the link. If it supports the correction we change the page. If we disagree, we tell you why. We do not change a fact only because a vendor asks, and payment has no effect on a correction.

Questions about your personal data

Send them to the same address and put "privacy" in the subject. The privacy notice lists your rights.

Press, partnerships and vendors

Use the same address. We do not sell placement in rankings, and a message from a vendor does not change where a product appears. See the advertising and sponsorship page.
