Review guidelines

Review collection has not opened, so the site has no reviews. These are the rules that will apply when it does. We are publishing them first so they bind us from the first review.

Who can review

Anyone who has used the product for work. We will check this and show next to each review how it was checked: by a work email address or by proof of use. We will list here only the checks that are actually in place.

What a review must be

Your own honest experience. Say what you used the product for, how long you used it, and what worked and did not work.

What we do not accept

• Reviews you did not write from your own experience.
• Reviews written by the vendor, its staff or its agencies, unless the review says so clearly.
• Reviews you were paid or rewarded to write with a required rating.
• Reviews copied from other sites.
• Reviews written by software or AI tools and presented as a person's own experience.
• Personal attacks, threats, hate speech and other people's private data.

Rewards and invitations

A vendor may invite its customers to review. Those reviews will be marked "Invited by vendor". If a reviewer received a reward, the review will say what it was. A reward never depends on the rating, and we never pay for a particular rating.

Removing reviews

We remove a review only if it breaks these rules. We will record the reason and show the number of removals and the reasons on each product page. We do not remove a review because it is negative, and a vendor cannot remove one.

Vendor replies

A vendor will be able to reply to a review in public and flag a review for us to check. We decide. A vendor cannot edit or delete what a reviewer wrote.

Reporting a review

Until a report button exists, write to support@b2brated.com with the page address and your reason.

If you disagree with a decision

Reply to our message with your reasons. We will look again, and if the decision stands we will tell you why.
