These terms apply when you use b2brated.com. The site is run by Ram C, trading as B2BRated, based in United States. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What the site does

We compare business software. We list prices, features and facts taken from vendors' public pages and link to the page each one came from. Prices change. Check the vendor's own page before you buy.

No advice

The content is information. It is not legal, tax, security or financial advice. We try to be accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them or when someone tells us. We do not promise the site is free of errors or always available.

Using the content

You may read the site and quote short parts with a link back to us. You may not copy large parts of it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to build a competing database without our written permission.

Reviews and vendor accounts

Neither exists yet. When they open we will publish extra terms first: the licence you give us for a review, the rules in the review guidelines, and the terms for vendors who claim a profile.

Links

We link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
