What we collect

The site has no accounts, no forms, no comments, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies that we set. The only personal data we hold is what you send us yourself, such as the email address and message you write to us, and the host logs described below.

We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of any corrections. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site.

What our host logs

Pages are served by Vercel. When you load a page, Vercel receives your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, and keeps logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify you. We have not set a retention period of our own. Vercel decides how long the logs are kept, and its data may be handled outside your country.

Why this is allowed

For visitors in the UK and EU, the basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Any website needs a host that logs requests to stay secure.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email support@b2brated.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

When this changes

We plan to add reviews, vendor accounts, lead requests and analytics. Each one collects personal data, so each needs a fuller notice and, for analytics that use cookies, your consent first. We will publish the new notice before the feature starts and change the date at the top of this page.
